Refund policy

Returns

Returns within 14 days of receipt.
Only in perfect condition.
Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense.

Log in with the email address you used to place your order and follow the steps to submit your return. Once your return request has been approved, you can purchase a competitively priced return label in our return portal.

Refunds for returned items will be made within 14 days of the return of the product.
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated.

If you are shipping an item over €75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
