Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your studio .ruig purchase. If an item is not quite right, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within the statutory withdrawal period.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

You do not need to email us in advance.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by using our return portal or the online withdrawal function on our website. You may also inform us by email, telephone or another clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After informing us that you wish to withdraw, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

How to return your order

Use the email address you placed your order with and follow the steps to register your return.

You do not need to contact us separately by email before sending your return.

You can purchase a return label through our return portal. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

You may also arrange your own return shipment.

Please make sure your name and order number are included with the return so that we can identify and process it correctly.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

The return shipment remains your responsibility until it has reached us.

Condition of returned items

During the withdrawal period, you may inspect and try on an item in the same way as you would in a physical store.

Please handle all items carefully while they are in your possession.

Returned items should, where reasonably possible, be returned:

• unworn and unused, other than necessary for fitting or inspection;
• clean and free from stains, make-up, perfume, smoke or other odours;
• with all original tags and labels attached;
• with accessories and other items originally supplied with the product;
• in their original product packaging, where applicable.

Trying on an item is of course permitted. Wearing or using an item beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit may result in a reduction of the refund if the item has decreased in value.

Shoes and original packaging

Please try shoes on indoors and on a clean surface only.

The original shoebox is considered part of the product presentation and should be returned in good condition.

Do not use the original shoebox as a shipping box. Do not attach shipping labels, tape or other stickers directly to the shoebox.

Please place the shoebox inside a separate shipping box or suitable protective outer packaging before returning it.

If the original shoebox or other product packaging is unnecessarily damaged — for example by tape, shipping labels, writing or stickers — and this causes the item to decrease in resale value, studio .ruig may deduct the resulting loss in value from the refund.

Damaged, worn or incomplete returns

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Examples may include:

• visible signs of wear;
• stains, make-up or damage;
• strong perfume, smoke or other odours;
• damaged or missing tags;
• missing accessories or parts;
• damage to product packaging that could reasonably have been avoided;
• shipping labels or tape applied directly to a shoebox or other product packaging.

If an item has decreased in value as a result, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the actual reduction in value from your refund.

The deduction is not a fixed penalty. The amount depends on the condition of the returned item and the extent to which its resale value has been reduced.

We will inform you if a deduction for diminished value is applied.

Refunds

We will refund payments due to you no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If you return your complete order, we will also refund the standard delivery costs you paid for the original shipment.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery method, the additional delivery costs will not be refunded.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items

Is your item faulty, damaged upon arrival or did you receive the wrong item?

Please contact us at info@studioruig.com so we can help you with the appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products are not affected by this return policy.
