How long does shipping take?
The Netherlands & Belgium: usually 1–3 business days.
Free shipping on orders above €50.
Europe & International: delivery times depend on destination and carrier.

Yes, we regularly ship to Belgium, Germany and many other European countries.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. Online purchases can be returned within 14 days, provided items are unworn and in original condition.
How can I return an order?
You can return your order by post or directly in our boutique at Strijp-S. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise stated.
Can I return webshop items in the store?
Yes. Online purchases can also be returned in person at our Eindhoven store.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?

What does the pre-loved pieces program mean?
Our pre-loved pieces program gives carefully worn studio .ruig items — and selected items from brands purchased in our store — a second life. Returned pieces are checked and resold, supporting circular fashion. Participants receive store credit for a future purchase.
How do I care for my studio .ruig clothing?
Always follow the care label inside each garment. For delicate fabrics such as travel jersey, we recommend washing at a low temperature, using a gentle cycle and avoiding tumble drying to help preserve shape and quality.
